Trabucco have designed the Emery Surf 8000 to cater for surf anglers who have taken to using very fine braided lines.

Fine soft X8 braids can give some amazing casting distances and the spool on the Emery has a conical profile and long tapered lip which gives superb line flow for long trouble free casting. The spool is extra shallow and there is no need to use backing.

The main spool is machined from aerospace grade aluminium and the reel also comes with two colour coded Teflon spare spools.The reel has a lightweight Xtra tough body and rotor which gives strength without excess weight allowing the reel to balance perfectly on slim light continental rods.

Strong gearing and a smooth drag add to the package making the Emery an excellent all round package for extreme range clean beach fishing.
